Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside Unrewind. Open the app, go to your profile or account settings, and select the delete account option. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email:
- Email developer@comixstudio.art.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Send from the email address associated with your account if possible.
- Include any account identifier visible in the app, if available.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your account profile, imported conversation data, generated insights and cards, saved app state, and account records. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What may be retained
A minimal set of records may be retained where required by law, to resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with app store and payment platform obligations (such as purchase receipts). These records are not used to re-identify or contact you.
Processing time for email requests
We aim to process email deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the request. We may contact you to confirm account ownership before proceeding.
