Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Unrewind. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Use of the app
You may use Unrewind only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the information you import, upload, or otherwise provide to the app, including ensuring you have the right to use that information.
Conversation data
Unrewind may analyze conversation files or records that you choose to import. You should only import data that you have the right to use. You are responsible for respecting the privacy and rights of other people whose messages may be included in your data.
AI-generated insights and content
The app uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, labels, scores, cards, relationship insights, and other outputs based on your imported data. These outputs are for personal reflection, entertainment, and informational purposes only. They are not professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice. Do not rely on them as a substitute for professional guidance.
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, reflect the limitations of the underlying models, or not accurately represent the people or conversations involved. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any generated content.
Intellectual property
Unrewind and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Comix Studio. The insights and cards generated from your imported data are provided to you for personal use within the app. You retain ownership of the original conversation data you import.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases or one-time payments. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on where the purchase was made, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Accounts and account deletion
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity that occurs through it. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app. Deletion removes your profile, imported data, generated insights, and account records, subject to limited exceptions required by law or app store platform obligations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to:
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Import unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized data.
- Use the app to violate someone else's rights or privacy.
- Bypass purchase, access, or security controls.
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer
Unrewind is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Comix Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The updated version will be posted at unrewind.app/terms with a new last updated date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
