Billing
If your purchase was made through the App Store or Google Play, subscription management and refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for billing issues.
Privacy requests
For privacy or data deletion requests, contact us from the same email address associated with your account if possible.
Account deletion
You can delete your account directly within the app. Step-by-step instructions are also available on the Delete Account page.
